Loading Up
This programme is designed for runners with some previous strength training experience and can be performed at home or in the gym. Introducing basic equipment and progressing the intensity of strength and plyometric exercises ensures strength and power can be progressed. The same format of two sessions per week and three levels each taking 4-6 weeks is maintained.
